Susan Raymond is the Owner and Head Trainer of

Calm K9 Dog Training & Behavior Solutions.  

Susan has decades of experience working with and training domestic animals.  Calm K9 was established in order to focus solely on training dogs - and their owners ! 

By specializing in canine behavioral issues, our goals are to identify the underlying causes of your dogs behavior and utilize various reward based training methods to guide your dog into becoming a calm, happy, fun-loving and responsive companion.  You will be taught to reinforce the training on your own so you can refine and build upon both your dog's skills sets as well as your position as the Pack Leader. 

Susan has participated in one-on-one intensive immersion training with Behavioral Dog Trainer Heather Beck, who herself trained directly under Cesar Millan's right hand man, Linn Boyke, as well as with Marc Goldberg, founder of the Force Free MethodTM of dog training.  

As a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP), Susan frequently converses with expert trainers across the country, and takes full advantage of exclusive educational seminars and workshops offered to members of the IACP.  Our commitment to on-going education is a high priority, and we attend several national events every year, always returning home with a refreshed, informed perspective and new tools to incorporate into our training practices.
