Following formal training, your dog will need consistent guidance and Leadership throughout his or her entire life.  Our goal is not to micro-manage your dog, but to help him enjoy his newfound status as a well trained companion dog !

Without Transfer Training and follow through by dog owners, a trained dog will eventually revert back to it's old habits, and we definately do not want to see that happen after all your dog has acheived !

Every Board And Train Program offered by Calm K9 includes in-depth Transfer Training at no additional charge !

During Transfer Training, we spend as much time as necessary teaching you everything you need to know about maintaining and enhancing the skills your dog learned while at our Board And Train Program !

You will be taught simple, powerful techniques that address all of your dog's former behavioral issues, as well as tips on what to do in challenging situations that used to throw you and your dog for a loop ! 

You'll learn about dog communication, body language, using your energy to direct and "talk" to your dog, leash handling techniques, redirection, proper timing, corrections, developing a team based mentality, Pack Drive, Prey Drive and Defense Drive, how to be the kind of Leader your dog will both love and respect, and lots more !
